All orders are subject to applicable VAT as per prevailing tax regulations. VAT is calculated and added at the time of invoicing. - SKU Priority
Where applicable, SKU numbers take precedence over item descriptions in identifying products or services. Customers are responsible for verifying the correct SKU before finalizing the order. - Exchange Rate Disclaimer
Prices are based on the prevailing USD to KES exchange rate for orders made in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Quoted values may be adjusted if the exchange rate changes prior to receipt of a confirmed order. In the event of significant exchange rate fluctuations, Makrotek Services Ltd will notify the customer of any price adjustments before processing the order. - Payment Terms
Full payment (100%) is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments must be made in the agreed currency and via the designated payment method. - Supplier Rates
Quoted prices are based on current supplier rates and may change before order confirmation due to changes in supplier pricing or costs. - Quotation Validity
Quotations are generally valid for 30 days. Customers are advised to request an updated quote when placing an order. - Subscription Orders
Subscription-based orders will remain active for the full term unless a valid request for suspension or cancellation is received by Makrotek Services Ltd, and where suspension or cancellation is permissible under the terms of the service agreement. Termination or suspension requests must be submitted in writing. - Purchase Order Reference
The purchase order number(s) provided at the time of order placement will be referenced for the duration of the subscription unless an updated reference is provided. Any changes to the original order must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges or adjustments. - Order Finality
Orders submitted to Makrotek Services Ltd are considered final and non-cancellable, except in cases where the order cannot be verified or processed due to error, technical issues, or incomplete information. In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately. - Additional Services
Installation, travel, and support services are excluded unless explicitly stated in the quotation. Any additional services will be quoted separately and are subject to availability. - Confidentiality
All quoted prices are strictly confidential and intended solely for the designated recipient. The recipient agrees not to disclose, share, or distribute pricing information to third parties without prior written consent from Makrotek Services Ltd. - Force Majeure
Makrotek Services Ltd is not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, changes in law, or delays caused by vendors. - Limitation of Liability
The company’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific cloud product or service. The company is not responsible for issues caused by misconfigurations, human error, or service interruptions, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption. - Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If that fails, the issue will be resolved through arbitration in Kenya, following the applicable legal framework. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes will be handled in the local courts. - Changes to Terms
Makrotek Services Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in writing, and the customer’s continued engagement with the company will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. - Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a purchase order or engaging in a transaction with Makrotek Services Ltd, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Proceeding with the order constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these terms.
